Welcome to Wag & Tails Home Pet Grooming Services. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

Booking and Appointments

  • Scheduling

Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent once the booking is completed.

  • Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee.

  • No-Shows

Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice will result in a full charge for the service.

Services & Modifications

  • Service Description

We provide a range of grooming services, including bathing, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and more. Specific services will be detailed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Service Area

Our services are available within Kanpur, Lucknow, Unnao, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Indore. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions

​We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Health and Safety

  • Pet Health

Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues of their pets prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise the safety of the pet or our groomers

  • Vaccinations

All pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required.

  • Groomer’s Discretion

Our groomers may stop a grooming session if they feel it is causing undue stress or poses a risk to the pet or the groomer. In such cases, the client will be charged for the portion of the service completed.

Shipping & Return Policy

At Wag & Tails Home Pet Grooming, we are committed to delivering your pet care essentials in a timely and transparent manner. Please review our policies regarding shipping and returns below.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Rates: Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates: While we strive for prompt delivery, estimated arrival times may vary based on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product is used:

  • Pet grooming tools and brushes.
  • Shampoos, conditioners, and hygiene sprays.
  • Opened food or treat packages.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or a short video of the damaged/wrong product along with your Order ID.
  3. Verification: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide instructions for the return shipment.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Liability

We take utmost care while providing our services, but we are not responsible for any damage to property caused by the pet during the grooming session.

  • Pet Injuries
